Every client starts with a QEEG brain map assessment to take pictures of the flow of electricity throughout your brain and shows us the areas where there are strengths and possible imbalances.

Red Light Therapy

Prior to your neurofeedback session, you will spend 20 minutes in our red light room.  Your brain, body and skin love red light because it penetrates 2 inches into the brain and body: increasing cell metabolism and growth, detoxing waste products, and fighting off depression from Seasonal Affective Disorder. 

Research has shown red light to be excellent for attention and depression because it helps your brain grow. We also use infrared heat to help you relax.


While in the light therapy room you have the choice to do a guided meditation.  Meditation optimizes brain connectivity by changing neural networks and by using the muscles in your brain that help you focus. It’s good to receive both unconscious (neurofeedback) and conscious (meditation) treatments simultaneously, which gives you more complete brain exercise and rebalancing.
