Many people have experienced job loss, financial implications and mental health challenges over the recent COVID-19 pandemic.

Coverage for Telephone Counselling Services

Free 25 minute sessions are offered to those in financial need. Otherwise, please choose regularly priced 25 or 50 minute sessions when booking online.

Extended Health Options

Check with your insurance provider to ask if they cover a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).  Client pays by credit card and a receipt is provided to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Green Shield and SSQ Insurance

If your insurance with Green Shield or SSQQ Insurance, than we can direct bill them.  Contact us to determine if you are eligible.  Please have your Plan Number available.

ICBC

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, you are entitled to receive 12 counselling sessions.  Please have your claim number ready when contacting us We direct bill ICBC.

First Nation Health Authority (FNHA)

Contact us to find out if you are eligible.  We obtain prior approval and direct bill FNHA.

If you are a current client, select the FNHA appointment type when booking online. 

Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP)

Contact us and provide your claim number and we’ll book you in.  We direct bill CVAP.

If you are a current client, select the CVAP appointment type when booking online.
