Promotes relaxation, tension relief, and balances mind and body

What is reflexology?

Reflexology has been used since ancient times as a natural, non-evasive form of healing therapy. Your hands and feet are full of pressure points, each connected to a specific body part. Reflexology focuses on those vital connections to help energize the body while promoting relaxation and well-being.

What are the benefits?

  • Relaxation and tension relief.
  • Increased energy
  • Toxin release
  • Migraine reduction
  • Injury recovery
  • Improves sleep
  • Relief from depression
  • Soothes pain
  • Promotes general health and well-being.

About Your Treatment

A reflexology treatment lasts 60 minutes and includes an assessment. Treatments are customized to suit each client’s specific needs. Traditionally, each treatment is concentrated on one area of focus – either your feet or hands.

My 3-year-old daughter who is full of beans at bed time now presses the “water cushions” on the bottoms of her feet.  She has figured out how solar plexus reflex area truly calms her down

I have suffered from poor circulation and freezing toes.  After one reflexology session,  my toes no longer felt like icicles.

I felt an ease of tightness and pain in my feet as a result of plantar fasciitis after three sessions of reflexology. I no longer have bad sciatic pain in lower back/hips or legs either.

I dislocated my shoulder.  The throbbing pain disappeared and I was able to concentrate on my activities again
