Booking & Billing Process
The first online appointment booking requires you to enter your credit card information. Payment is charged on the date of your session.
Please be sure to click the checkout button at the end of the booking process, then make sure you receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Please contact us if you need assistance with the online booking system.
We require 24 business hours advance notice of change to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. You can cancel your appointment through your account in our online booking system.
Full fees are charged for no shows or same day cancellations.
Extended Health Coverage
Our services are covered by some extended health plans. Please call your insurance provider to confirm that they cover Registered Clinical Counsellors prior to your first visit.
We do not bill extended health insurance companies directly. A receipt is provided so that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We are an authorized service provider with the British Columbia Government Funded programs such as Post Adoption Assistance Program and the Autism Funding Program and Crime Victim Assistance Program. Please obtain approval prior to attending.
Our services are NOT covered by British Columbia Medical Services Plan.
