In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we would like to assure you that we are taking proactive steps to reduce the likelihood of it’s spread by continuing to keep the highest standards of cleanliness.  

The health of our clients has always been our top priority.

Please help us by staying home if you are unwell or have traveled outside of Canada recently.  There will be no charge for cancellations

There are currently no reported cases in the Comox Valley and we are identified as a low risk area.

Movement: keep your body moving.

Hydrate: drink lots of water frequently–every 15 minutes to keep your mouth and throat moist, which repels and moves germs down to your stomach, where they are eliminated.

Reduce Stress: ask us how we can help.

Get enough sleep: make it a priority – we can help.

Take probiotics: supplementing and/or eating probiotic foods. Include capsule supplements for gut health, and powdered drinks for virus-fighting benefits to your mouth, sinuses, throat and esophagus.

Increase Vitamin D: enjoy the sunshine and supplement as necessary

The Oceanside Wellness Fair in Parksville, BC that Tom was due to present at on Saturday March 21st, 2020 in Parksville, BC has been postponed due to recommendations from public health authorities. We will let you know when a new date has been decided.

The Brain Injury Conference in Ottawa that Tom was due to present at has been rescheduled from April 29th-May 1st to September 23rd – 25th, 2020.  

We will monitor the situation daily.  For now we are open as usual and we have appointment times available
