September 20th-22nd, we will be going to the War Horse Symposium in Black Creek!

The War Horse Awareness Foundation is a non-profit organization which dedicates itself to helping frontline service providers through their recovery journey despite the serious trauma they have faced previously, and may continue to experience.

Your mind, body, and brain are suffering, and a state of calm is inaccessible due to the high concentration of stress hormones. Your brain activity is out of sorts as well! PTSD appears impossible to overcome when you’re in the thick of it. And it is true; it takes a number of steps to truly begin overcoming trauma. At the War Horse Symposium, speakers will be discussing resiliency and coping techniques to better manage PTSD.

Tom Diamond, PhD., will be presenting on how stress and anxiety change the whole person, and how brain training can begin undoing these maladaptive changes. Return to wellness.
